Support: Your support will be used to create a educational web page that documents a real patient with a pain or mental health condition of your choice. Within the website, a video documentary between a real patient and a specialist explains the condition from two perspectives. The patient will discuss symptomology and the social impact. The Specialist explains the science of the disease. This is followed by a discussion on treatment options. The website will be integrated with animation, graphics and resources, including an infographic to be used during future clinical visits. Practicing shared decision-making, the patient and clinician form a treatment plan. Follow-ups will be documented over time and posted on the website. Education impact is measured prior, during and post documentary participation. Outcomes are intricately presented in a monthly report. Our goal for every sponsorship is 15,000 attendees. 10,000 patients and 5,000 clinicians. (See ATTENDANCE below)

The 8-minute healthcare visit is extremely important, consisting of a physical exam, questions, a diagnosis, and a proposed treatment plan. When patients are educated prior to this interaction, they are more likely to understand and adhere to the prescribed treatment plan. Patient Mind Inc. prepares patients to discuss symptoms and their condition with confidence.
