Disease Education

Fibromyalgia is a widespread constant dull pain in your bones and muscles. You may experience lack of energy, sleepiness, memory loss and moodiness. Symptoms may start after a major injury or gradually worsen over time. Many with Fibromyalgia may have sleep disorders, migraine, stomach issues, anxiety and depression. Medication, relaxation techniques, and stress-management helps control symptoms. Document and prepare for your next clinical visit. Speak with your healthcare provider to discuss your options.
